Baby & Child Dedication Registration Form

It is a sacred moment whereby parents make a public statement of faith to raise their children by God's grace and wisdom. In recognition that children are gifts from God, parents dedicate themselves to steward and disciple their children, and dedicate their children unto the Lord.
